Important Information for International Customers: At Fiorekeen, we love sharing our magical symbols with the world. However, please be aware that international shipments (including to the USA, EU, South America and Canada) may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival.

  • Who pays? All import charges are the responsibility of the recipient/buyer.

  • Transparency: These fees are not included in our shipping rates and are collected by your local postal service or customs agency.

  • Tracking: We provide tracking numbers for all international orders so you can monitor your package’s journey through customs.

At Fiorekeen, we pour our heart and energy into every handcrafted piece, and we want you to be delighted with your magical jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to notify us of your intent to return it and to post the item back to us.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • Customized or personalised orders (unless they arrive damaged) are generally not eligible for return.

  • Hygiene Note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • International Returns: If you are returning an item from outside the UK (e.g., from the USA), you must ensure that the package is clearly marked as "Returned Goods" to avoid unnecessary customs charges. Any import duties or taxes incurred by Fiorekeen due to incorrect labelling on a return will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please note that the original shipping fee paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable.

5. How to Organise a Return
